Do you have the rare ability to wrangle full-grown adults, pretend to be responsible, and encourage absolute mayhem all at the same time? As a “Responsible Adult”, your job is to ensure participants survive the weekend (preferably with minimal injuries), keep the energy high, enforce fun, and occasionally remind people to hydrate. If you can handle organizing chaos, settling ridiculous disputes, and making sure no one gets lost (for too long), we want you on our team. Minimal actual responsibility required, just a love for fun and a tolerance for nonsense.
